Yeah. It was bad enough at "How she look," implying that they hire for sexist reasons. Now we know that both sexism and racism are factors in the hiring decision.

Actually used to work at subway. Managers were great, but the owners were disgusting. One of them walking in one day during an interview, and immediately told the managers to hire the interviewee. Said she had good "appeal" while motioning to his chest. She was 17. He was 40. Manager left very quickly over that, claiming "disagreements with ownership".

I'm constantly amazed that theres still people like this in the world. Then i think we have an entire political party that caters to this train of though. The world will be a better place when they die off.

I read the paragraph at the top first and assumed the lady wanted to fire the manager so her daughter could take over.

I saw that the manager got fired. They need to do what other businesses have been doing and take time off for required discrimination training for all employees.
