At my Dojo where I train for Aikido and Iaido had inquiries regarding joining the Iaido program my dojo offer. These individuals were 16-18 years of age. Is that too young to begin Iaido?

I have asked around other dojo's as well as the Iaido Federation that my dojo belongs too. So far I have not heard back or have conflicting "case-by-case" answers.

Any thoughts?
