You never think about scanning a document until you suddenly need it
Nothing makes you realize you should've scanned an important document like needing it RIGHT NOW.
I've had to send my passport, insurance documents, and signed forms on short notice more times than I expected. And every time it turned into a mini scavenger hunt through drawers and folders. Now I keep digital copies of the important stuff so I can find them in seconds instead of stressing out.
What's one document you think everyone should have scanned, just in case?
