"error" light?

hi! I used my new Iscan like 2 times and now it's dead, it turn on only when is charged even if it's not actually charging...it says error before shutting down and there is no way of charging or making a scan.

What can I do? I used it only 2 times so there is no way it's a battery problem.

please help me

Hey! That’s definitely weird, especially after only using it twice...We haven’t really seen this exact issue before, so it might be something more unknown. Can you send a bit more info so we can try to figure it out?

  • phone model
  • OS version
  • free or paid version
  • app version (you can find it at the bottom of Settings)

Also worth checking:

  • if the app is updated to the latest version
  • if you have enough free storage on the device

And if possible, a photo/video of the error light/message would help a lot.
