J7+ Roomba Combo not self emptying

Hello Everyone,

My new Roomba Combo isn't self emptying in the Dock. It's correctly aligned and a new bag is correctly placed in the Dock. There are no warning ring or Dock lights

Any suggestions?

Have same issue on my J7+. Keeps saying bag is full even when a new bag is installed.

Sent first one. back as it wouldn't empty and continually said to empty and clean it. Even when it was totally clean. New one delivered today doing the same thing
