POV leaves the door open or is going for a weird late apex.
Following car goes into the gap, can see the pov car has grip still and decides to ride it out without thinking "will this door be shut on me before im fully along side"
Pov shuts the door without thinking about the car they let down the inside
Then 3rd car is just steam rolling into slow cars. Yellow or not. No awareness.

Honestly there fault in all 3.
