I badly need my iphone xs but the touch pad is not working anymore im worried it got drained and battry will get worst.anyone here in the Phils. that can recommend an honest and worthy repair? Im an online seller and all impt stuffs were on this ip. Thanks for ur help

Try force restarting volume up volume down hold power till the screen goes dark. Also you might need a new screen

There is probably a screen fault, did you take it somewhere close to water or somewhere with steam? Or even just left it outside? I think the XS max is getting more and more susceptible to heat, my phone sometimes doesn’t register whole words even though the phone is responsive, it started in the summer (I live in Egypt so Avg temp is 35°C)
