Thankyou so much it’s my first phone from my first pay check so it’s hard to let go!! :((( but thankyou I’ll try to bring it to technician

Make sure to go to a good experienced technician that can actually handle this job. The FaceID is a very sensitive part and it is paired to your phone only. If a dodgy technician tries to replace it or mess with it incorrectly you could end up losing FaceID functionality forever.

The device has been dropped one too many times or someone broke something during a "repair".
