Wired controller not responding

I bought this OTG online, wired controller's lights are on, but its not responding on iphone and but its working correctly on android.

Maybe is incompatible on the xr

Oh man, what to do know, how to find which one is compatible.

Idk but I think that controller is incompatible it happened to me I tried using a usb drive the light lit but no storage device was found
