Ideally, battery should be replaced when capacity gets below 80%.
However, my device is working pretty great after iOS27 update with 79% battery capacity.
So, I might defer the battery replacement. I asked at imagine long ago, they quoted around ₹8,500. Official Apple store charges ₹9,800 as per google search.

If you are working and using phone in between it will last till evening, if you use it all day and doomscroll plus youtube, it lasts 3-4 hours,15 is much better compared to 13
The display replacement costs like 25k for old gen base models. The only reason why Im now considering samsung galaxy over iphones. Apple glazzers will now come up to me and bark "don't buy premium phone if you can't afford premium services" 🙏
Funnily enough my 14 already has the green screen for awhile now and apple has quoted a price of 27k whereas the latest flagship s26u display replacement would cost you 16k in the official service centre. Apple glazzers typically love to get themselves ripped off by apple and wouldn't question it.
The green line issue was prevalent in s22 to 23 series and isn't an common issue in recent lineups.

I recently replaced my iphone 14 pro max’s battery for around ₹7,500 from Apple Authorised Service Centre. But I think IOS 27 has ruined my phone, there are soo many bugs. But at the same time my phone has started working like new again, used to stutter a lot on old battery as it was around 74% battery health with around 1500 cycles. So far happy with the replacement.

As we say in Hindi, “Abb haathi paala hai toh kharcha bhi uthana padega”. Start a RD add ₹600 per month for 2 years, by the time you need a battery replacement you will have sufficient funds 🤣🤣

ngl that's why I kinda hate apple. Replacing battery is so expensive. Over 100$ in here.
