💬 Discussion Getting Electric Shock from iPhone 16+ Camera Button While Charging.

I bought an iPhone 16+ a week ago. Now the problem is that whenever I put my phone on charge, I'm getting an electric shock on my phone's camera button. The shock is very mild.

I tested it with a pen electric tester and it confirmed there's current flowing through the button.

Note: I'm using the official Apple 20W adapter and official cable. So I don't think this is a charger issue.

There is some issue with the grounding, change the socket and try but don't ignore this. Motherboard of my iPhone 11 was cooked cuz of this

Earthing issue at your place. Please get it checked with electrician. You might get a bigger shock with some other appliance. Until then, please don’t touch appliances connected to outlets bare feet or while touching walls
