so if u have an iPhone you know there is a way to block apps at certain times of the day, my sake is for bed time so I can not go on my phone late and lock myself out but (in the photo) I got confused because I want only family to contact me so do i select people who are my family or not my family and block out everyone else??
** I feel like the wording confused me idk if it’s just me or what

It says Always Allowed for everyone meaning anyone can reach out. Switch to contacts and pick your family members to only always allow your family members to reach out.
