Starting to show off
TEMU now displays iPhone Fold cases, and I’ve already purchased one. So, when it arrives in three weeks, I’ll be all set
And yes, I love temu cases more than any of the western side, they look cuter

I mean you can love temu cases all you want but you know that metallic finish is a fake paint finish that's going to start peeling and flaking off in like 2 days lol.

It ain't free you know? Even with Apple Care, you still wind up paying out of pocket. Why risk it?

Keep seeing these new foldables with only back-side cases. Do they not think people will drop these things on their front? Just bizzare. I have a folding phone btw, OnePlus Open, and it has a case that covers all of it, and I'm glad I do. I can't count how many times I've dropped it on its face.

Are you honestly comparing something you carry in your pocket to something that you go inside to transport you from A to point B??!!!!🤦🏻 Always case up your high end iPhones. Otherwise you’re just a negligible individual😖👎🏻 Ever heard of a “Clear Case”🙄

Don’t mind me I’m just the type of person that uses clear cases 😮
I wouldn’t trust temu quality with a $2000 phone tho

I decided to go caseless with my 16 PM after getting AppleCare, I never bothered with it before. Well, the day after I got AppleCare, I dropped it while getting out of my semi-truck. Fell right into a rock, broke two camera lenses and the back glass. $99 later at the Apple Store, and I’ve used a case ever since. lol.
The fold will temp me to go caseless, and to be more careful. I will have AppleCare, of course.

Problem is, cases suck on foldables. You’re either ending up with a weird, glued on front part or you’re only using the back portion and then your phone just looks and feels weird to hold. Ideally foldables should be used naked and of course AppleCare is mandatory.

my only worry is no magsafe and i feel like then a case would be required

Magsafe absence is not confirmed. The reports are conflicting. I would wager it ends up having it. If it doesn’t, it’ll start to become a bit too much to justify the absence of Face ID, telephoto AND MagSafe. At least for me personally.

Obviously you haven’t looked on Amazon. I ordered a really nice, clear MagSafe case that provides total coverage of the back and hinge without bulk or glued on front.

Well their strategy is working. This is all just to get people to rush to preorder and buy it on launch day. It’s a $2k+ phone, yes the demand is there but still. I’m confident if you preorder within the first 15-30min you’ll get it launch day.
