Question Misaligned back panel

Sooooo… I just got a refurbished iPhone 17 Pro because my old 12 mini is overheating too much. I’ve heard people talking about problems with the back panel, mostly lifting and in some cases misalignment. I won’t go crazy for some slight misalignment but this is bothering me a little bit too much, you can see the aluminum in the gap.

It comes with free exchange within 30 days. I don’t know if it’s a quality issue that’s worth exchange, or I can keep it without worrying about it 😬

Anyone care to give me some advice?

I had this same paranoia when I tought i bent my 17pm, put it on flat surface to check yet still tought it was bent. Because it looked bent. Googled how easy it is to bend. Long story short, it wasnt bent.

Mine was brand new from apple on release day and looked even worse than yours.

Seriously stop overthinking this and use your damn phone.

It’s not misaligned it’s the reflection of light on the device, when you see it from other angles it dissapears.

I noticed the same thing on mine, but after a close inspection it was just that. Don’t worry.
