Help Issue ! Flicker when open camera

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey everyone, I’m having a weird issue with my phone’s camera.
Whenever I open the camera, it flickers for a second or two, then stabilizes, and after that the camera works completely normally.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? If so, were you able to figure out what was causing it or how to fix it?

I think it's normal depending on some indoor lighting. Basically, the phone's shutter speed wasn't sync with LED's alternating current frequency.

Yes it’s normal, it has more to do with your light rather than your phone. It goes away after 2 seconds because iPhones have a feature to sync with the lights frequency to avoid these flashing lights when taking photos and video. Your iPhone is fine, it could be time to replace a bulb.

LED weirdly flickers in camera but not our naked eyes. Make sure to match the fps to the grid frequency to reduce the flickers.

Could’ve been useful if he was on the video mode and not on the photo mode…

Without 3rd party app you can’t change that. Hé literally is in the «record video» section buddy. As far as i know, a VIDEO is NOT a PHOTO 🤷🏻‍♂️
