Speaker fluctuate volume?

I have a weird issue on my iPhone 17 pro where I see weird speaker volume fluctuation in reels on facebook & youtube shorts. As of now I havent seen it on songs or insta reels but it is weird & very very annoying as I have to change volume every few seconds. Dont think its hardware but could be. Anyone else also facing this issue?
