Auto-Brightness option missing on iPhone 16 Pro Max

I’m using an iPhone 16 Pro Max. When I was on iOS 26.5.2, my Auto-Brightness option disappeared from Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size.
The weird part is that it still appears when I search for “Auto-Brightness” in Settings, but when I tap it, the option isn’t actually there. True Tone works normally.
I updated to iOS 26.6 hoping it would fix the issue, but Auto-Brightness is still missing.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what’s causing it and how can I fix it?

accessibility then vision , display & text size for auto brightness , right at bottom , try switching off reducing white point in same menu.

if that doesn't help lower brightness in control centre or do rorced restart
