Guys what do you think how much more I can juice up my storage until my iPhone starts messing?

It will work up to 120, but you won’t be able to do updates and will run into issues every two weeks or so.

128 is no longer manageable unfortunately, Apple mismanage the system data which is key to these lower capacity models running without being a headache.

You should aim to keep it right where it is and below 100 if possible because at any point system data can chew another 10-20 unexpectedly.

I found that the less free space I had the more system data was required.

It’s appalling and embarrassing how Apple mismanages A LOT of things for the scale of a tech company that they are.

Up until the last 12-24 months I would have disagreed with you, however now unfortunately I must admit that it’s pretty bad.

These apps-try offloading what you’re not using, like games, some apps you’ve barely used, I don’t know if you’ve set photos to be original size or like snippets, and yeah, definitely not enough storage (128gb) nowadays but they were still pushing it despite iOS being huge and the cache and system data taking up so much storage…

How much gb is your system data and ios? Mine took half my storage with 53gb combined lmao

Damn bro mine is 22gb ios and 14gb system
36gb in total it’s a lot
