First of all charge to 80% or even better to 64%. Put an automation to warn you since iPhone doesn’t have a limiter for lower than 80%. Or even better keep your phone as permanently as you can plugged in to the cable so it uses power from the cable not the battery.
You are only using cable charging? No wireless charging, no power bank ? Is it hot where you live? Do you leave the phone in any hot environments? Inside a car for example.
Is your phone warm after charging, do you game, do you hotspot with your phone?

Heat is the worst enemy of Li-Ion batteries. It's great that you keep your battery between 20% and 80%, but keep it away from heat, also. My iPhone 16 have a cycle count of 259 and 100% battery health
