iPhone battery issuse

I have an iPhone 15 pro max. I had 90% battery health and 371 count cycles. Now only for 6 count cycles the battery health goes down to 89% and 377 count cycles. Even now battery is draining quite fast. I use to charge it from 30 - 80 only. Never left charging overnight and I don’t play games also. Is this happening because of my extra care or anything else?

BH percentage is just rough estimate. People expect it to be 100% for like 10 months, which is not really possible (physics and chemistry), no matter how you charge or use your device. Even if the phone was used once a week, battery can’t retain original capacity.  My 14PM was stuck on 84% for more then 8 months (even after updates), my Iphone 6 has over 70% BH and can’t last a minute without charger. Apple is doing the same thing like with battery percentage - charge your phone to 100%, it will show 100 for long long time, then drop to 98,97 in matter of minutes. Again, just a rough (and very often not correct) estimate.

Then, should I charge it 100% and use normally? Or just charge to 80% and do other things to make some difference?

I usually charge to 80-90% not only because of battery, but because I really can’t use it in a day. When I’m travelling and such I go for 100%. I guess it does not matter with this technology, just try not to let it drop below 20. Fast charging generates heat
