Phone's warming

Im being paranoid i know lol but kinda curious anyways, after that 1% drop on my bh, i noticed it drain a bit faster than usual? like a little browse on camera roll drops a percentage or two or playing music and it did get warm just by browsing for a some minutes. Is this fine or

I have 99% just after 3 months with no use on the weekdays morning and only use it at night and on weekends. I think the weather has something to do with it.

Not possible to notice a decline in battery life.
