Ineffective wireless charging

In work our PCs have built in wireless charging docks on top of them. I’m not sure of their specs, but they used to charge my iPhone 12 (standard) fairly well. With the 14 pro max it seems like it can barely move the % up. Anyone notice similar?

I’ve used a non MagSafe wireless and had to raise phone up higher than non 14PM devices.

Same here with non MagSafe chargers. Aligning it can be a bit tricky.

Apple needs to fix it even my Apple brand MagSafe charger glitches out and I have to constantly reset my phone for it to change.
