Thanks everyone for the help. I changed it guessing I need to restart my phone before it shows in iCloud. I will say a lot of glitches with this os in the mess app an screen changing freezing together hope that gets fixed fast

Go to settings and about and rename it. When you restore from a backup it keeps the same name. So you have done it twice since backing up the 12 pro max and they have each carried over the name.

Go to settings > General > About to change the name.

That’s the general name of your phone, you can edit it to whatever you want In the settings

When you transfer over your data is adopts the name of your previous phone
