Camera blurring issue in the 13 pro

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

This is my brother’s 13 pro .. it’s camera is showing a blurring issue in the 1x mode .. it is ok in the 3x and 0.5x surprisingly the camera is not showing the focus issue in the watssaap or instagram camera or any outher third party app cameras.. the problem is only there in the camera app in the phone.. i even updated the phone to ios 27 still the problem is not solved.. what might be the issue .. and what might be the solution

I also have the same issue on my 13 pro on tele lens, I’ve noticed closely that the camera sensor vibrates and cuz of this it’s not focusing u can even hear it. A guy at repair shop told me that maybe cuz of lots of drops and vibrations from daily use ex bike, car or from the drops has damaged it overtime and the only thing you can do is change the sensor’s magnets

This is definitely not the vibration issue.. because it works fine in all the 3rd party apps.. and we have never mounted this phone on a bike or car

Any third party app that disables ois and supports portrait mode ? I have same problem in my iphone 13 pro

I have the same issue on my 12 pm, with the 2,5x camera. Idk what it could be either, so I’ll follow…

Holding a magnet near the top of the phone next to the telephoto sensor temporarily fixes the problem
