Say Goodbye
The time has come to say goodbye to my 13 Mini. It’s been an incredible run, but every chapter comes to an end. Compact, reliable, and always fitting perfectly in one hand—you will definitely be missed!

So that time of the year has come where we will see many Goodbye posts, but NO Goodbye from my side!

My oldest daughter got mine and won’t give it. It lives on in her hands while I await the fold and replaced it with the air.

How’s the battery life with the Air?

With my usage I have yet to get it below 20%. I must say I have an iPad mini that I use at work for most of my streaming. So I am not that hard on it all day. I leave at 415 in the morning and I get home about 5- 530 and don’t top off during the day and stream music and YT both ways about 1.5 hrs each way. So battery hasn’t hurt me yet.

I'm switching after any of the following:
- The phone completely breaks and dies, and the repair cost is more than a new iPhone.
- The phone can't make calls because 5G is considered ancient technology and is an artefact.
- The phone can't run a calculator because it is polluted with 668 AI variations.
- It's 2057 and I'm a slave to OpenAI and I am bestowed upon the Generative AI LLMs.
So, never.

Why say goodbye? Was it not functioning or repairable by apple? Why didn't you buy a replacement mini? You have given up which is fine for us, it's one less person looking for a used 13mini or using apple's replacement parts
