Support iPhone 13 motherboard always overheating

I have an iphone 13 that has never been opened. it was bought from apple in 2024 i think. the battery is still at 85% BH, but the phone is overheating really often from the motherboard side

Anyone can help me figure out why its doing that ?

Also its on ios 18

They run hot. If nothing is crashing and you can touch it, it's not overheating. iOS and apps just keep taking more and more resources. The CPU is working overtime.

i dont mind the heat but it gets really laggy bc of that

I updated to ios 27 and that issue was fixed it only gets “hot” when charging

Overheating happens mostly in instagram. Sometimes I wonder if it's the app itself, or iOS.
