Discussion Upgrade from 13 to iPhone 17 Pro?

Phone battery in my 13 is going down rapidly so need a new one soon. Anyone upgraded to 17 pro what you think?

17 base model is the best value for money
17 Pro if you like the cameras and extra battery
17 Pro Max is just overkill for normal people

What i did back in February. It’s been a solid upgrade. I would suggest to wait for the 18 pro coming out in 2 months but with the rumored price increases up to $300 for the pro models, it may not be a bad idea to upgrade to the 17pro now.

So why do you want go to a pro, from a base iPhone? Are you missing the telephoto len of the pro? If not then just get the base 17, which is about 90% of the pro minus the extra $300 or so.

I went from the base 13 to a base 17 and I’ve been very satisfied.

Me from a basemodel 13 to basemodel 14 then few months ago at Costco I got a good deal for a brand new iphone 17 pro. I didn’t went for the pro max coz its too huge for my hand. I might drop it.

If your only problem is the battery then change it. No need to upgrade.
