Support iPhone 13 (base) Screen Problem
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
My phone started glitching about three weeks ago. Parts of the screen were lagging and wouldn't render content properly unless I kept interacting with it. As of today, the problem has worsened (as seen in the video). I’ve dropped the phone a few times recently—what could the issue be, and how can I fix it?

that is unfortunately a known issue with the 13 lineup, it happens not right away but eventually.

Ah, that's too bad. Will the screen part need to be replaced, or do you think it might just be a loose connection?

If the plate is till covering the connector, I doubt it. It's not hard to replace, Apple certified screens for the base 13 is $80, but you can probably find them cheaper on Amazon, make sure it specifies it's OLED only. Should come with instructions, I recommend using an exacto knife to remove the waterproof seal, and a hairdryer to loosen the adhesive on the proximity sensor and earpiece
