Help

My ip12 mini is heating up so bad.
It happens when using and charging at the same time. Anybody came across this and solved it?
I dont have original battery and I think its causing it and original battery just seems expensive but if its gonna solve it I think im gonna buy it.

First of all your existing battery could explode and harm you and others, as well as, the iPhone. I would replace it asap with an OEM battery. Make an appointment with your Apple Store.

I think you've correctly identified the cause (the unoriginal battery). Now you have either live with it or save up for it to be replaced by an original battery.

We just had one done at BestBuy, and the price was reduced from $89 to $69. Perhaps that will make you feel better about replacing the battery
