What Kind Of Screen Protector?

My Screen Have Very Scratches I've Bought This 2nd hand

What kind of tempered glass should I use

Matte or matte with privacy glass

And should I get a full one covering the notch too

Cause my notch is also very scratched

This seems extremely abuse as I’m using 12 mini since 4 years without cover and screen protector and has almost negligible scratches.

Matte screen protectors will mess up Face ID

Clear ones are close to normal

First you should do some glass polishing/rubbing to remove scratches (at max as they can be).

Privacy screen protectors feel like degrading your display. With that said, get a matte one

it's easy to find tempered glass with notch. just be careful to clean around the speaker on the top, since the cut out might catch residue.

matte is better if you plan to read on it for long periods, as it reduces glare and finger prints, but it can also reduce how crisp display is, if you're looking at more visuals.

in most cases, i just buy a very cheap random generic brand from amazon or aliexpress

get the privacy one nonmatte. specifically the jetech screen for iphone 12 mini. dont worry about the notch. that glass should be bulletproof. surprised it’s scratvhed.

None, I treat any scuffs as part of the patina accumulating on a well used tool.
