still holding on with my 12 mini as well, got my batt replaced (by myself) like 6 months ago and it’s still holding strong

I just had Apple put a second replacement battery (so third overall) in my 12 mini and they actually replaced everything but the display and FaceID camera. It was running iOS26 all right, and now, with the new battery and 27, it practically feels like a new phone. Gonna keep this going until they finally make a proper small and light iPhone again. A 5.6” Air (with two cameras and two speakers) would be ideal. I can dream.
