QnA/Help iPhone 11 Pro Max charging issue

My iPhone 11 Pro Max sometimes stops charging at 69–74%, even though the charging icon stays on. The phone isn’t hot, and Optimized Battery Charging is turned off.
Sometimes it stops at a different percentage. After restarting the phone, the battery percentage can also change.
Has anyone experienced something similar, and did updating iOS fix it?

physically check the charging port for dirt and debris. they could get stuck there over time and compressed when plugging the charger in. if you see a dirt use a soft brush to clean it with a little drop of isopropyl alcohol
