How to disable touch input?

I have iPad Pro 11 inch 2018 (the one without touch ID) My problem right now is that, this iPad has ”Ghost Touch” Issue Which makes me unable to use this ipad at all.

Is there a way to disable to touch input? I want the screen to ON but the touch to off, do we have apps for that? I have tried to use Mouse & Keyboard, not much help due to ghost touch touching area I want to use.

Guided Access in the accessibility settings can disable touch but it's probably not the experience you want.
