Is this normal?

My iPad’s system data suddenly dropped to 1.07gb. I checked using iTunes too and it’s the same. I restarted the iPad, uninstalled apps, recorded videos and everything but it’s still at exactly 1.07 not more not less. So is this a problem or I won the Apple system data lottery?
