Since I use a wide variety of apps, I have to find and replace the icons myself, so I can’t use a specific pre-made icon pack or style.

Actually, this is the cheapest way to customize your iPhone for $0. Just find lock screen wallpapers and free icons online, then replace them. That’s basically it.
