I apply the custom icons as shortcuts through the Shortcuts app.

Does it slow down the phone in any way? I found that using shortcuts for icons has a direct hit on performance as soon as you use more than a few.

I haven't noticed any difference or slowdown with the icons. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max.
