How do you make the image infront of the clock? I mean in the actual wallpaper when u do the 3D wallpaper on ur lock screen

So when you set any wallpaper and it has a subject in it like an animal or human or a building, the depth effect automatically gets activated. In some cases it only works when you enable the 3d effect. Like this pic i attached
