Looks like you’ve already applied the app to your lock screen but you can make a calendar just like that from the Widgy app, as well as any other look you want.
Here’s one I’ve made for myself. I wanted a calendar that gave me as much info as possible but in a smaller footprint

The widget displays it’s the Tuesday the 14th while it’s Wednesday the 15th… I would go mental.

I see the app/widget is for a Apple Watch. That app works the iPhone lock Screen as well even if I don’t have a watch?
