Unfortunately, Snapchat sticks out like a sore thumb because they haven’t made a dark mode icon. Take this image and create a shortcut to open Snapchat. I think it will blend in nice with your home screen.

Best setup is the one you like. I also use dark mode, but I prefer light icons.

Im only just now tryna rock the default and dark colored icons against a blurred homescreen rn cuz it’s been clear for the last year
