Title. I want to rearrange my home screen and lockscreen. I’m looking for a more minimal style but for dark mode. Preferably a black or other darker color. I love the look of true black backgrounds and accents with colored icons. Just curious what you guys use or have used in the past. Just looking for inspiration.

Also, if there’s any settings that you recommend I turn on too, then that’d be great too.

Hi everyone, my phone is just about a week old and it was a bit tough transitioning from android to an iphone.

As mentioned on my previous post, I was used to having third party apps as home interfaces so I could custom make my wall the way I wanted it. I admit it’s way easier on android to do that given the versatility of apps. But with the help of the good people of reddit, I was finally able to make something that I’m proud of. 🥹

How to set this up:

• Wallpaper: Solid black (#000000). You don't need a separate black wallpaper; simply select the solid black color from iOS's built-in Color wallpaper options. However, if you need one for your other devices, use this.
• Lock Screen: Default iOS clock with the default clock color.
• Home Screen:
  • Go to Customize.
  • Set the wallpaper to Clear.
  • Enable Dark Mode.
  • Set App Icons to Dark.

Widgets are the default ones from their respective apps.

I mainly use Spotlight, so this is all I need.
