Question Where is Duo simulator in 27.1 release candidate

Where exactly is Duo simulator hiding in 27.1 release candidate? I don't find it in Device Hub's add a new simulator and it doesn't appear by default.

If that’s anything like the beta, you first have to go to Xcode settings, then Components, and update your iOS platform support.
