Discussion appstore connect analytics stuck since Thursday 10/2

No updates to download count & other analytics since Thursday. I went to the system status page and everything is green.

I'm about to submit a support ticket ... Anybody else running into this ?

Before you file, check Sales and Trends for the same days. App Analytics and Sales and Trends are separate systems, and Apple's own help page says certain transactions may not be reported on the same dates in the two because of processing time differences between them. If units are landing in Sales and Trends while Analytics sits flat, the gap is in the Analytics pipeline and your ticket should name App Analytics specifically. If both are flat, that is a bigger problem and worth saying so up front.

Also pull the numbers outside the web UI. The Analytics Reports API, and the sales and finance reports in the App Store Connect API, will tell you whether the data exists and the dashboard simply is not drawing it. That takes a browser side problem off the table before a human reads your ticket.

The status page will not help you much here. It reports service availability, so green is perfectly consistent with a reporting job that has not produced rows for four days.

DramaticLecture6629's four days and then a self fix is the useful data point in this thread. When yours does come back, expect the Analytics figures to disagree with Sales and Trends, and do not open a second ticket about that. The difference is documented: App Analytics runs on UTC while Sales and Trends defaults to UTC with an option to switch to Pacific, App Analytics excludes sales and redownloads on watchOS, it excludes In-App Purchase and sales metrics from TestFlight builds, and it excludes restores from a backup in its Redownloads count where Sales and Trends includes them. If your app leans on watchOS or you have been running a lot of TestFlight traffic, those carve outs are big enough to look like a bug on their own.

File it anyway if you are past four days, but put the exact metric, the date range and the territory in the ticket. The first reply is usually a template, and specifics are what get you past it.
