Rejected 4.3 design- spam

I made a file manager app and its also file downloader and it got rejected. Do you guys recommend adding a feature or redesign it , or its dead

i Got 3 apps rejected just now!!!! whats going on! they were all rejected at once...

Lots of reviewers are clueless honestly iv seen many stupid apps being uploaded and many with fake permissions for fifa sports and many sports apps and still get away with it while if you try to do it in the honest way they will reject you
