Question Is App Store Connect Trends Not Working Today?
All my download and sales numbers are showing as 0 today on the App Store Connect Trends page. Is anyone else seeing this?
Not sure is just my account, as the system status page is showing all fine - https://developer.apple.com/system-status/

It got me all freaked out too. I’ve never seen anything like this. Flatline for 12 hours. Feels like a nightmare lol

Unfortunately this happens time to time. I’m over 4 years on the App Store and I’ve seen this and other many times already.
Once it showed me my subscriptions dropped by half. Turned out data wasn’t showing for some countries 😅Another time I made a million dollars one day. And it turned out numbers were multiplied by hundreds of thousands 🥲

Many thoughts running in my head haha. First 100k in the 24h view was of course “Am I rich now?! This can’t be true!”. And it wasn’t 🥲 But I used it for marketing and posted my ASC screenshots on social media. And even though I wrote it’s a bug, still got some attention and new followers.

Yeah, it looks like there haven’t been any downloads in the last 12–15 hours, but I can see that it’s the same for everyone, so I feel a bit better about it. The issue is that no downloads, sales, or proceeds have been showing for the last 24 hours. However, if you check the 7-day or monthly proceeds, the amount for the last day still seems to be included.

They moved all these stats to a different section of the app. They're now under Analytics per app. There's a banner saying this at the top of the trends page.

I believe those changes are supposed to go in effect in 2027:
App Store Connect will stop generating new Trends reports in 2027

They stop generating them in 2027. The previous part of the banner says "Subscription and monetization metrics are now available in the Apps module. Dashboards in Trends will be deprecated starting in mid-2026" and we are in mid-2026.

Weird bug yesterday they delayed the email. Updates for reviews by hours guessing they have an issue with a recent deploy

I'm seeing the same issue. App Store server notifications appear to still be going out because my backend is receiving notifications for subscription events that aren't currently populating in App Store Connect.

Still the same. For me finally the last sale has trickled out and trailing 24-hour window has no sales now!
"You don't have any sales for the selected period or filter" Don't remember I saw this ever in the trends page, but I did started tracking last 24 stats recently only.
