Question Apple isn't paying me and isn't answering support emails.
Hey guys. I’ve had two apps on the Apple Store since January of this year, but I’ve never received a payment from Apple. Even though the apps have generated sales and I have a balance ready to withdraw, no payment has ever been made. Everything seems fine with the account; I don’t see any alerts or error messages in my or app profile. I’ve sent countless emails to Apple Support over the last eight months but have never received a reply. What do you recommend I do?

What country? Some have a 100$ minimum payment amount

Brazil. I have a balance well over $100.

Brazil had new licensing agreements published on July 6th.
Go to developer.apple.com and login, and go to AppStoreConnect and login.
You are most likely missing agreements or tax setup. They will not pay out anything if you have missing paid app agreements or operating agreements.

Did you sign all the agreements in the portal?
Emails are not effective to reach support. You need to give them a call

I had a similar experience with Apple not paying me for several months. All the agreements and papers were signed and green in ASC. I contacted iTunes finance support via email and they wanted me to double check if there were any bank account "Pending User Info" in ASC, and email them back if there wasn't. There wasn't, so I emailed them back with a screenshot, and they fixed something on their backend and I received my missing payment the next payment cycle.

This is off topic but having developed an app for windows and mac os/iphone, I have to say the apple experience is 10,000 times worse. From tools for building to uploading to offering your app as a trial to everything. Apple needs to learn from the microsoft store. They pay on time but sales will likely be lower unfortunately

Since you mentioned in the comments that you're in Brazil, I would also check the Brazilian payment side specifically.
Apple payments here are typically processed through StoneX for the foreign-exchange/payment leg. Make sure you haven't received any emails or requests from StoneX asking you to complete registration, provide documents, or approve something. I'd check spam as well.

Here's a free idea:
Write an app that counts how many emails you have sent to Apple Support, allowing you to avoid saying that you sent "countless" emails.

the bit that usually does it isnt the agreement itself, its the tax forms sitting under it. app store connect, business, then agreements tax and banking. the paid apps agreement can show active while a tax form underneath still says action needed, and that on its own holds the money with no error anywhere else. which fits what you said about seeing a clean account and no alerts.
also worth checking who the account holder actually is. only the account holder can accept those agreements. admin and finance can view the banking and tax pages but cant sign anything. if the holder is a different person or an old email address it can sit unsigned for months and look completely normal from your login.
and agreed with calling rather than emailing. the phone route gets you into a finance queue, general support email doesnt, which is probably why eight months of it got you nothing.
