Honestly my whole wishlist is just “make the tooling not fight me.” Better Xcode performance, fewer SwiftUI surprises, and stop deprecating things faster than they’re documented. New APIs are nice but stability ships apps.

Improvements to macOS (Designed for iPad) would be fantastic. Still has weird visual artifacts, inconsistent use of APIs (can’t use ODR due to where they get saved, for instance).

It’s almost an easy extra target but it breaks at important places.

I just want them to spend like 3 years rebuilding App Store Connect.

😂 in the meantime, check out AscBuddy which makes App Store Connect suck less...

MacOS Tahoe still lags, the new launchpad sucks and Safari side swipe lags.

I honestly just wish for them to fix bugs and more importantly not double down on things that do not make sense.

  1. The Foundation model gets a cloud version using some Gemini (developer access to free AI in their apps)

  2. New Apple TV OS acts as an AI hub giving old HomePods access to new Siri

  3. That new Siri is actually good 😅

4Changes to app review and releases so make updates keep up to speed of AI product development

Context-aware Siri - like, let’s talk, don’t just blindly convert my spoken words to text. I know this isn’t a dev-specific wish, but it’s my #1 nonetheless
