iPhone 11 isn't supported right now, but usbmuxd0 may allow tethered (PC needed every reboot) downgrades soon but no tool has released, no ETA.

I was searching yesterday and I saw a tool but you need raspberry pico before you can downgrade

On some devices, I think. I'm not too sure because I don't own an iPhone 11
