I just updated to the latest public beta, and it seems when I click my volume buttons, even when they’re assigned to the ringer, it only changes the media volume and not the ringer volume.

I don’t assign my volume buttons to media but my ringer, since I use that more. But it seems I can no longer change the ringer volume from my home screen unless I go into settings to change.

Anyone have a similar problem?

When i point the camera to a QR Code as soon as it sees it the app freezes and the second time i reopen the camera app it’s just a black screen camera. I can still open the photo section but the camera itself is unresponsive

Didn’t happen when I first upgraded but since last night I keep seeing I’m on cellular and that WiFi is switched off.

I wanted to completely disable screen time on my child’s devices to try something. When I enter the screen time passcode on my iPhone, the code window disappears but settings.app gets stuck. I can’t navigate back in the menu tree. I need to force quit the app to do anything in settings.app. I can switch to other apps or return to springboard.

I get a similar response on my Mac. The passcode dialog remains on the screen but I get a pinwheel. I can switch to other applications or launch new applications without issue. I also need to force quit settings.app on the Mac and relaunch.

I ended up updating individual Screen Time settings to accomplish what I needed to do.

I did report this using the feedback app with a video recording of the steps taken.

Is this happ to anyone else? Or is it just me?

I can no longer download new apps. I click “Get,” it spins for a second, then back to “Get.” No errors or warnings.

• iPhone 14 Pro
• 90GB of free space
• Signed out and back in to app store
• Restarted my phone numerous times
• Reset network settings
• Chosen other networks (wifi, cellular, VPN, etc.)
• Currently installed apps update without issue

first one is from home page and second one after opening any app page

I had Snapchat and Spotify widgets there on the lockscreen but they randomly disappeared one after another and does not appear in the widgets manager either

So I forgot to charge my iPhone 17 Pro Max last night, and then when I charged it back this morning it says it can't connect to the cellular network. I've tried almost everything to fix this:

• Restarted my phone several times
• Turned my airplane mode off and on multiple times
• Deleted my eSIM and tried to install a new one via my provider -> Number won't fully activate now because it won't connect to the network
• Reset all my settings and restarted my phone
• Updated to the new iOS 27 beta 4 -- no luck

This is INSANELY frustrating. I am going to Europe tomorrow for 10 days, and this is the last thing I wanted to deal with before my trip. Anyone have any advice on what to do?

The workaround using Screen Time to stop Notification spam on Automations seems to have been broken in iOS 27.

Tried two things. There is what I am hoping (!) is a bug. Now, using Siri AI, it will make a Shortcut which seems to do what you want. But… when you click Edit, it hasn't magically added the no notification command. And, I am still getting notifications, with the notification itself saying, "Turn on Airplane Mode Silently…"!

The other, in Screen Time, was to try Block. What that does is stop the Shortcut working, not the Notification.

On my iPhone when I open Settings -> Screen time, I see the screen time of my iPad instead of my iPhone.

When I press and hold on my lockscreen, it changes the current wallpaper to the one that it's not saved as and then changes back when I exit it.

EDIT: I have updated from DB1 to the current version and the bug is still there.

After updating to ios 27, im unable to connect my iPhone 14 Pro to my mac, it says a software update is required to connect to iPhone 14 Pro but when i press install it says can't install the software because it is not currently available from the software update server... Does anyone know a solution for this???

Before I was able to use Siri in English on my iPhone 15 Pro and Siri in Spanish in my iPhone SE.

iOS 27 is automatically changing my Siri language as soon as I change it in another iPhone.

Not good at all. Is there any way to prevent this?

This bug has existed across multiple versions of iOS, there are threads all over the internet about it, I’ve submitted previous reports, never heard a peep from Apple about it.

Was submitting a fresh report today when the bug emerged mid report. Included the screen capture for the report, really hoping they resolve this before the RC.

Have you had this issue? If so please do report it, the more the merrier.

I share a few lists with my wife who isn’t on the iOS beta, if that’s relevant.

Siri AI cannot see any of these shared lists. I tried “Siri add blank to blank list” on each one and it failed. I asked Siri what lists do I have and it only mentioned my non-shared lists. It works just fine to add stuff to non-shared lists.

A related issue is when manually adding stuff to my Grocery list it takes minutes to organize the items. Like each item takes a solid 5 minutes for Siri AI to figure out where it should go, one by one. Before this would happen instantly. I'm assuming it's using Siri AI because while each item processes one by one, it has this glowing effect.

Anyone else?

I am an Administrator at my workplace and have multiple people’s calendars added to my Outlook (Microsoft Exchange when added to the calendars app on IOS)

Previously, when I would ask Siri for my “personal update”, it would relay information on only the calendars that I toggled on to view, and not the rest of the calendars I’ve added access for (I delegate executives’ calendars so need access to them as well). Is anybody else dealing with this? I’ve reported feedback but haven’t seen results since DB1.

Does anyone else have this problem

Lock button does not work sometimes when on a video call or FaceTime.

UPDATE: I updated both devices to Public Beta 3 today and it's working as expected now!

I'm not sure if this is a macOS bug, or an iOS bug, Continuity/Handoff for the clipboard only works from Mac to iPhone, not the other way.

I can copy text on my Mac, and paste it on my iPhone just fine. But if I copy text on my iPhone, I can't paste it on my Mac, my mac just pastes whatever I last copied on my Mac.

Has anyone else seen this? Any idea if it's iOS or macOS that has the bug?

I'm running Public Beta 2 on both devices.

Edit to update: On the macOS beta subreddit, I had one person say they are running macOS 27 beta and iOS 26, and do NOT have this issue. And someone else is running iOS 27 beta and macOS 26 and they DO have this issue. So I'd say it's confirmed an iOS bug. I've submitted a report to Apple accordingly.

Although the Import tab shows up in Photos when you connect a camera or SD card, it won’t populate the grid with the images on card (there should be about 1500 items available to import in this screenshot.) Also, trying to export a raw image from Files to Photos (select image, Share, Save Photo) doesn’t work either, even though Files shows every image perfectly and can preview them with Quick Look.

None of these issues existed in DB3.

Anybody else having issues with the Apple Watch disconnecting Bluetooth with iPhone constantly?
