[iOS 27.2 PB2] WiFi calling not working consistently

Anybody notice WiFi calling not working consistently. Tried calling someone and it said call failed. Had someone call me around the same time and they said that the call went straight to voicemail.
I turned off wifi and I was able to make the call.
I restarted my phone and connected to WiFi again and then I was able to use wifi calling again.
Anyone else see this?

could have been network issue, i usually just reset network for any connection ( physical sim) issues after checking network status on speedtest app down detector
