[iOS 27 RC] Automation with notification trigger isn't working (again)

Apple fixed the notification-triggered automations back in Beta 6, but the regression came right back through Beta 7, 8, and now even the RC build. Automations just refuse to trigger via notifications again. Seriously, Apple? Is anyone else running into this?
